ONE12 is a 13-storey, two-tower mixed-use development located on a 24,000 square foot site in Edmonton’s Garneau neighbourhood. The project comprises approximately 167,800 square feet, including 9,400 square feet of ground-level retail, and is situated directly across from the University of Alberta Hospital.
Garneau is a well-established, urban community characterized by a strong mix of residential, institutional, and commercial uses. The neighbourhood offers a walkable environment with independent retailers, cafés, restaurants, daily services, and cultural amenities, including the historic Garneau Theatre, all within close proximity.
Construction began in Q1 2022 and was completed in Q1 2024.
