CEO & Founder

Husein Moloo is the founder of Highpoint Developments, founded in 2004 with an initial focus on student housing catering to Queen's University Students, it has grown into a much larger development company with projects throughout Canada. Husein is also an M.D. having worked at various hospitals, and Humanitarian efforts, and founded PurposeMed, a medical software company that helps clinics securely see their patients online.

LINDSAY RUTLEDGE

Chief Operating Officer

Lindsay oversees Highpoint's investment operations, and partners with the leadership teams of Highpoint's portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational support. Prior to this role, Lindsay spend nearly a decade in management consulting at Bain & Company, 3 years as an Operating Advisor at OMERS Private Equity, and held a variety of leadership positions in early stage technology companies. She holds an MBA from Kellogg, and an HBA from Richard Ivey.

LUKE JOHNSON

VP Business Affairs and General Counsel

Luke provides legal and commercial advisement and oversight at Highpoint Developments. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta School of Business and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Prior to joining Highpoint Developments, Luke practiced corporate and commercial law in Calgary and Edmonton at a leading national law firm where he specialized in infrastructure development, capital projects, commercial transactions, and M&A. Luke also developed his experience in construction and procurement matters during his time as a seconded legal adviser on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project. Luke is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.

Managing Partner

Brian Fry has been a standout leader in hospitality, directing and managing a diverse portfolio of over sixty acclaimed hotels. With roots in a family-owned inn, he brings a deep understanding of hospitality principles to his roles, including at Hilton Worldwide, GE Commercial Finance, GS Development, and as President of Commonwealth Hotels.

Fry's strengths include operational expertise, financial acumen, and forward-looking strategies. He's received numerous awards and actively contributes to industry associations, serving on the executive boards of the Kentucky Tourism Industry Association and MeetNKY. He also advises organizations like My Digital Office, Hyatt, Hilton, and the Northern Kentucky Restaurant Association.

ALY MOLOO

SVP of Development

Aly has been a senior member of Highpoint Developments since 2018, assessing new development and expansion opportunities. Aly has extensive experience regarding rezoning, amendments, site plan approval, and regulatory approvals, and supports asset management and investment throughout the entirety of the process.

JONAH NGUYEN

Chief Financial Officer

Jonah oversees various financial and strategic responsibilities including finance and accounting, investor relations, business development, treasury, and tax. Jonah has a broad range of financial experience in publicly traded oil & gas and energy services companies, including leadership in treasury, banking relations, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Highpoint, Jonah held senior finance and corporate development roles at CES Energy Solutions and Pipestone Energy. Jonah also worked in the audit and M&A advisory practices at Deloitte, where he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant Designation. Jonah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University.

She manages the day-to-day operations; planning, directing and coordinating all payables, receivables, and operations of properties. Nina has extensive background experience as an Owner/Operation for several successful businesses and executes accounting operations and process improvements for the business.

MEGAN DUNN

Administration

Megan Dunn is the administrative assistant to the Highpoint Developments team and provides exceptional support in scheduling, contracts, and general office duties. Megan is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients and provides the team with a solid foundation.
