Dr. Husein Moloo is the Founder and CEO of Highpoint Developments, founded in 2007 with a focus on student housing catering to Queen’s University Students, it has grown into a larger development company with projects throughout Canada. Husein has a Master’s in Public Health from Brown University, an MD from the University of Calgary and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine & Hygiene from the University of London School of Tropical Medicine. Having worked at
various hospitals and Humanitarian efforts, he also founded PurposeMed, a virtual healthcare company that provides complex care to underserved communities in Canada. Husein was the recipient of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Prairies in 2023 and has been recognized as Calgary’s 2023 Top 40 under 40.

Lindsay Rutledge is a seasoned professional with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and value creation across various industries. Lindsay oversees Highpoint Development’s
investment operations, and partners with the leadership teams of all portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational support. Prior to this role, Lindsay spent nearly a decade in
management consulting at Bain & Company, 3 years as an Operating Advisor at OMERS Private Equity and held a variety of leadership positions in early-stage technology companies.
She holds an MBA from Kellogg and an HBA from Richard Ivey.

Jonah Nguyen oversees various financial and strategic responsibilities including finance and accounting, investor relations, business development, treasury, and tax. Prior to joining Highpoint, Jonah held senior finance and corporate development roles at CES Energy Solutions and Pipestone Energy. Jonah also worked in Audit at M&A Advisory Practices at Deloitte, where he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Jonah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University.

Aly Moloo has been a senior member of Highpoint Developments since 2018 assessing new development and expansion opportunities. He has extensive experience in rezoning, amendments, site plan approval and regulatory approval processes. As SVP of Development, Aly oversees all aspects of the development life cycle process from conceptualization and planning to execution and delivery. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in identifying lucrative opportunities and transforming them into successful projects that exceed expectations.

Luke Johnson provides legal and commercial advice and oversight for Highpoint.
