ONE12

ONE12 is a 13 story, 2-tower building on a 24,000 sq. ft. site in the Garneau neighbourhood of Edmonton. The project is a total of 167,800 square feet including 9,400 square feet of retail space. ONE12 is conveniently located right across from the University of Alberta Hospital in the Garneau District.

With a mix of residential, business, and university life, this community offers a bohemian-type vibe that has been carefully curated over time. Garneau is a vibrant community with an eclectic culture and a variety of shops and amenities catering to any interests you may have. Lining the streets are many independent locally owned shops, artisan cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, and the iconic Garneau Theatre, just steps away.

Construction began in Q1 2022 and was completed in Q1 2024.
