THE PINES

The Pines is a townhome development located in the McKinley Beach community of Kelowna, British Columbia. The project comprises 45 residential townhomes designed to support long-term family-oriented living within an established master-planned neighbourhood.

 

Each home is designed with a traditional townhouse layout, including three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and double-car garages. The development is located in close proximity to the McKinley Beach Amenity Centre, providing access to shared community facilities and outdoor spaces.

 

The Pines has received development permit approval and is planned to be delivered in eight phases. Construction commenced in Q3 2023, with Phase 1 completed in Q1 2025 and currently available for sale.
